- Seek validation and empowerment in a supportive space while managing societal, cultural, or personal pressures.
- Are committed to personal growth and open to engaging in self-reflective activities and discussions.
Breaking the Cycle of Anxiety
Support, education, encouragement, and practical tools to help you better cope with anxiety.
- Struggle with mild to moderate anxiety
- Are looking for education and practical strategies to manage anxiety
- Are committed to taking action and practicing the tools provided
Emotionally Connected Parenting
How to successfully navigate your child’s school-aged years by tuning into their emotional experiences
- Have kids ages 5 to 12 years old
- Are struggling with their kid’s behaviours or notice something isn’t working at home or school
- Are open to learning about the key role of attachment and emotions in children’s behaviours and challenging the old-school ways of parenting
- Want to set their child up to be healthy and happy in the future, and form a strong connected relationship with them
New Motherhood: The Joy, Chaos & Everything in Between
A safe place to share common postpartum experiences including relationship changes, new roles and difficult feelings.
- New moms with babies/toddlers ages 0-18 months (Babies/toddlers are welcome to attend)
