Paige Mowbray (she/her) has over 25 years of experience providing counselling support to individuals, couples and families. Her style is best described as compassionate, warm and nonjudgmental. Paige sees women as the foremost experts in their own lives and provides a safe space to unpack strain, pain and anxiety while helping to promote a calmer, more grounded sense of well-being.
Paige specializes in supporting women through life transitions, perinatal mental health, grief and loss, parenting adolescents, and supporting those whose loved ones are facing significant mental health and substance use challenges. Paige has advanced clinical training in perinatal mental health, with an extensive background in supporting women who are struggling with reproductive challenges, pregnancy loss, traumatic birth experiences and postpartum mental health. Her approach is holistic and draws from Somatic Experiencing, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Paige locates her work within a feminist, anti-oppressive framework.
