Noyona Mukherji

Registered Clinical Counsellor

Noyona (she/her) works with women navigating ADHD, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, as well as those exploring their racial and cultural identities. Seeking counselling can be transformative and she admires you for taking that step.

Noyona is dedicated to creating a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental space for growth and healing. She will support you in exploring your experiences with compassion and curiosity. Her role is to help you recognize your strengths, what may be holding you back, and build resilience to help you live authentically and in alignment with your values.

This can include developing practical coping tools, processing past experiences, or learning to set boundaries and communicate more effectively. She has a holistic, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach that focuses on beliefs and world views that impact how you show up in relationships. She honours the mind-body connection, exploring how stress, trauma, and emotions appear physically.
