Erin’s journey and passion for maternal mental health began at BC Women’s Hospital in the NICU, where she developed a strong foundation for supporting families in challenging situations. Now, she brings that depth of experience into sessions to provide caring, experienced, and compassionate therapy. Her areas of focus are parenting, perinatal mental health, grief and loss, anxiety, personal development, life changes and chronic illness.
