Mishal Saeed (she/her) is a compassionate and empathetic graduate student currently completing her Master of Counselling degree. With a deep commitment to helping women navigate life’s challenges, Mishal provides a warm, supportive space to explore emotions and experiences, heal from past traumas, and uncover patterns of behaviour, helping you gain valuable insight into your personal growth and well-being.
Mishal is passionate about supporting women struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, and relationship challenges, as well as those navigating various life transitions and low self-esteem. Drawing on her extensive experience in non-profit work, including case management and direct support, Mishal approaches everyone with kindness, understanding, and a trauma-informed lens. Her person-centered philosophy ensures that you feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout the therapeutic journey. Mishal is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive environment where clients from all backgrounds can feel comfortable sharing their struggles and finding paths to healing.
