Jennifer Baker (she/her) is a warm, compassionate therapist who is passionate about gently supporting her clients as they work towards empowerment, healing, and hope. Having landed in this career through her own experiences with perinatal loss and mental health, Jennifer has spent the past few years training and specializing in perinatal and reproductive mental health. She strives to create a safe, judgment-free therapeutic space where clients may feel authentically seen and supported in making their own meaning of this beautiful yet incredibly challenging season of their lives. In addition to fertility challenges, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health, Jennifer specializes in supporting women cope with anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, perfectionism, self-esteem, life changes, personal development, and work-related issues. Jennifer uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach that draws from cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness and self-compassion theories.
Group programs depend on a minimum number of participants to run effectively and are designed for the purpose of completing the program in its entirety. If group members drop out before the end of the program, it may have an impact on other group members. For this reason, fees for the entire 4-week group are due in full at the time of registration.
We understand that unforeseen events occur at times. Cancellations can be made one month prior to the first group session date and a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made between the period of one month to two weeks prior to the first group session date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests within two weeks of the first group session date. Registration is non-transferable and not available for resale. Receipts will be provided for insurance and/or income tax purposes if applicable.
