Geraldine (she/her) has experience supporting women throughout all stages of their perinatal mental health journey, and strives to create a safe space for clients to process the complexities of early parenthood. She hopes to work alongside women who are adjusting to life transitions, experiencing anxiety and stress, and working towards personal change and growth.
Geraldine’s practice is strength-based in nature. She believes folks are doing the best they can at any given moment, and strives to recognize the internal and external resources everyone has. She also believes that external factors, such as relationships, one’s environment and social narratives greatly influence the way that individuals feel about their experiences. Through narrative therapy, she hopes to join individuals as they share and re-construct the stories of their lives to process their experiences and bring about desired change and growth.
Geraldine is a mother. She loves to explore the great outdoors with her tiny human, and painting, particularly mushrooms, mountain scenes, and whales.
