Erin Roche
Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Erin creates a safe space where clients can be authentically seen and supported, paving the way for healing and hope. Her areas of focus include perinatal mental health, parenting, and grief and loss. She’s also passionate about helping women navigate the emotional and practical aspects of chronic illness, either personally or within their family. Erin has over a decade of experience helping women grow through challenges, manage anxiety and overwhelm, and become their best selves.
As a mother of two young children, Erin understands the challenges that tend to arise as women adjust to their new role as a parent. She uses a feminist, person-centred and holistic model to support women in their journey, validate their experiences and celebrate their victories. Erin’s passion for supporting parents began in her work as a registered social worker at BC Women’s Hospital in the NICU where she developed a strong foundation for supporting families in all types of challenging situations. She brings this depth of experience into her sessions to provide caring, experienced and compassionate therapy.
